Microsoft® SQL is able provide a firm with a scalable industry standard platform on which to build the department’s long term personnel management strategy. HRnet provides the Personnel department with a clear and concise picture of the firm; its department, teams and employees.
The user interface for HRnet is a web browser, and HRnet may be accessed from any desk, office, or even from home. Security to access HRnet is controlled by the firm’s own Active Directory software.
